2009 Red Snapper Season is Here
The 2009 Red Snapper Season runs from June 1st to August 15th. 10 days longer than the 2008 season. If you are not familiar with red snapper, it is an extremely valuable natural resource to the Gulf of Mexico.
Orange Beach, AL is home of the 2009 Red Snapper World Championship. It is a Saltwater Series Tournament where anglers can compete to win over $200,ooo in cash and prizes. The proceeds go towards improving and perserving the future of recreational salt water fishing.
